This Privacy Policy explains how The Brief Limited ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use PostDx (the "Service").

1. Information we collect

• Account data: email address and authentication identifier when you sign in.
• Voice profile: bio, audience, tone guidelines, and example posts you save.
• Post drafts: text you paste into the analyzer. Drafts are processed to generate a score and rewrite; we do not sell or share them.
• Billing data: handled by our payment processor (Paddle). We do not store full card details.

2. How we use your information

To provide and improve the Service, process payments, send essential account emails, and comply with legal obligations.

3. AI processing

Drafts you submit are sent to third-party AI providers to generate scores and rewrites. Providers act as data processors under our instructions.

4. Data sharing

We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the Service (hosting, authentication, payments, AI inference, email). We do not sell personal data.

5. Data retention

Account and profile data are retained while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing contact@thebrief.limited.
