These Terms govern your use of PostDx (the "Service") operated by The Brief Limited, Licence number MC14529, Masdar City Free Zone, Abu Dhabi. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

PostDx scores LinkedIn drafts, suggests rewrites, hashtags, and posting guidance. It is provided "as is" and may change over time.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to disrupt it, reverse engineering it, using it to generate unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or scraping the interface at scale.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

5. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the drafts and content you submit. We retain ownership of the Service, its branding, and its underlying code.

6. Disclaimer

Scores and rewrites are suggestions, not guarantees of performance on LinkedIn. We are not affiliated with LinkedIn Corporation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Brief Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.
